Painting for Cedar Park homes.

Steep limestone lots, mature tree cover, and homes that range from hill-country contemporary to traditional estates. We paint accordingly.

Painting a Cedar Park home.

The character of the neighborhood

Master-planned neighborhoods, HOA-governed streetscapes, and homes built mostly from the 1990s through today. We paint to match.

Cedar Park is one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Austin metro, built out largely as master-planned communities along the Four Points and 183A corridor north of Lake Travis's upper arm. Neighborhoods like Buttercup Creek, Twin Creeks, and Avery Ranch share a consistent suburban layout: flat to gently rolling lots, sidewalk-lined streets, and homes set closer together than the acreage lots found further west. That consistency makes access and staging straightforward, and it puts more of our attention on matching finishes across a tightly packed streetscape where every house is visible to its neighbors.

Architecture that spans decades

Most Cedar Park homes were built between the early 1990s and today, so exteriors run the gamut from original brick-and-vinyl construction to newer builds finished in HardiePlank fiber cement and stucco accents. We match sheen and color across whatever combination of siding, trim, and masonry a given home has, and we account for the different prep each material needs.

HOA and architectural review

Cedar Park's master-planned neighborhoods are almost universally governed by an HOA with an architectural control committee, and exterior color changes typically require approval before work begins. We're familiar with the submission process most Cedar Park HOAs use and can provide the color samples, product data, and documentation they ask for.

What the sun does to a newer finish

Central Texas heat and UV exposure are hard on any exterior, but they show up differently on Cedar Park's newer construction: caulk joints on HardiePlank siding dry out and crack faster than the material itself wears, and stucco accents can develop hairline cracking as houses settle. We prioritize resealing and caulking as part of every exterior job, not just repainting, since that's usually what determines how long the finish actually holds.

Straightforward access, tighter timelines

Standard suburban lots, attached garages, and driveway access mean staging is rarely the challenge in Cedar Park that it can be on hill-country properties — the bigger factor is usually HOA notification windows and coordinating around a full block of similar homes. We plan crew scheduling and material staging to keep projects moving efficiently once approval is in hand.

What Cedar Park homeowners typically ask for

Most requests we get in Cedar Park are full exterior repaints on 15 to 20 year old homes going through their first or second recoat, HOA-compliant color updates ahead of a sale, and interior refreshes timed around a move. We're set up to handle the HOA paperwork and give a clear timeline before a crew ever shows up.
